-  Quản lý và kiểm soát số lượng, chất lượng đồ uống, hoa quả và đồ tráng miệng, đảm bảo được bảo quản đúng tiêu chuẩn.
-  Kiểm soát hàng hóa nhập vào quầy bar, theo dõi số lượng và chất lượng, báo cáo kịp thời nhu cầu đặt hàng cho Trưởng ca.
-  Bảo đảm vệ sinh khu vực quầy bar, dụng cụ pha chế và thực phẩm theo đúng tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm và HACCP.
-  Bảo quản và sử dụng đúng cách các trang thiết bị, công cụ và dụng cụ pha chế.
-  Phối hợp và hỗ trợ bộ phận phục vụ, bếp và các bộ phận liên quan trong quá trình làm việc khi cần thiết.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-  Prepare beverages according to approved menus and standard recipes, ensuring correct taste, portion, and presentation.
-  Manage and control the quantity and quality of beverages, fruits, and desserts, ensuring proper storage in compliance with standards.
-  Control incoming bar goods and supplies, monitor quantity and quality, and report purchasing needs to the shift supervisor.
-  Maintain hygiene at the bar area, bar tools, and food items in compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.
-  Maintain and properly use bar equipment, tools, and utensils.
-  Coordinate and support service, kitchen, and related departments when required during operations.

-  Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng các chuyên ngành Du lịch, Khách sạn – Nhà hàng hoặc Pha chế.
-  Có kinh nghiệm làm Bartender tại khách sạn hoặc nhà hàng; kinh nghiệm tại môi trường 4–5 sao là một lợi thế.
-  Có nghiệp vụ pha chế và hiểu biết về đồ uống, hoa quả và các loại tráng miệng.
-  Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, tổ chức công việc và quản lý thời gian hiệu quả.
-  Chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, sáng tạo và có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.
 JOB REQUIREMENTS
-  Graduated from vocational school or college majoring in Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant, or Bartending.
-  Experience working as a Bartender in hotels or restaurants; experience in a 4–5 star environment is an advantage.
-  Possess bartending skills with knowledge of beverages, fruits, and desserts.
-  Demonstrate teamwork, organization, and effective time management skills.
-  Hard-working, detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under pressure.
