I. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Manage IT infrastructure including Azure, AWS, physical servers, VMware/Hyper-V, storage, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, and VPN.

- Administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services.

- Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure stable 24/7 operations.

- Implement and maintain HA, Backup, and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

- Optimize system performance, server resources, and network bandwidth.

- Participate in infrastructure upgrade and expansion projects.

- Develop automation and scripting using Terraform, Ansible, Python, or PowerShell.

- Apply AIOps, intelligent monitoring, and automated incident response.

II. REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, AD, DNS, and DHCP.

- Experience in network administration including Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and Wireless.

- Good understanding of Cloud (Azure/AWS), Backup, DR, and system security.

- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, or PowerShell is preferred.

- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, or ITIL are a plus.
