1. ABOUT INNOVATION LAB

In an AI-First model, technology is not only used to support operations, but also to create entirely new products. An Innovation Engineer is at the forefront of the Innovation Lab, responsible for:

• Turning ideas into real products
• Applying emerging technologies such as AI and Blockchain to solve business challenges
• Creating unique experiences across the Sun Group ecosystem

This is not a role for someone who simply receives tasks and codes. It is for people who want to:

• Build products from 0 to 1
• Own the process end-to-end
• See their products being used by millions of customers

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Ownership: Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation and system design to product launch. You will be the true owner of the features you build.
• MVP Development: Quickly build and test MVPs to validate whether ideas are effective and valuable to customers.
• Emerging Technology Application: Directly apply modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain to solve real business problems (for example: AI-powered travel assistants, digital membership platforms, etc.).
• User Experience Optimization: Ensure products are fast, secure, scalable, and easy to use.

3. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with Good/Excellent classification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer with knowledge of both frontend and backend development.
• Technology-Driven Mindset: Hands-on experience delivering at least one project involving AI applications (such as chatbots, image recognition, recommendation systems, etc.) or Blockchain-related solutions.
• Product Ownership Mindset: Proactive in improving products without waiting for instructions. You see the success of the product as your personal responsibility and achievement.
• English proficiency of at least IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent), with strong communication skills
• Fast Learner: Passionate about exploring new technologies and comfortable adapting to rapid changes.
