MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Đưa đón tổ bay hàng ngày theo kế hoạch khai thác của Hãng.
- Theo dõi, kiểm tra tình trạng hoạt động của xe trước và trong quá trình sử dụng đảm bảo vận hành liên tục trong ca làm việc.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận điều xe đảm bảo thực hiện kịp thời đưa đón tổ bay.
- Giữ gìn vệ sinh xe, đảm bảo xe luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng.
- Báo cáo kịp thời các sự cố, hư hỏng, vi phạm cho cấp quản lý và báo cáo sau ca trực theo quy định.
- Đưa xe đi bảo hành/sửa chữa/vệ sinh/đăng kiểm theo chỉ định.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của đơn vị.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide daily transportation for flight crew in accordance with the Airline’s operational schedule.
- Monitor and check the vehicle’s operating condition before and during use to ensure continuous operation throughout the work shift.
- Coordinate closely with the dispatching team to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of flight crew.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensuring the vehicle is always clean and well-organized.
- Promptly report any incidents, damages, or violations to management and submit post-shift reports in accordance with regulations.
- Take the vehicle for warranty service, repair, cleaning, or inspection as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên;
- Có giấy phép lái xe hạng D trở lên;
- Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm lái xe 16 chỗ;
- Am hiểu luật giao thông đối với xe 16 chỗ;
- Am hiểu đường sá khu vực đưa đón tổ bay;
- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or above;
- Holder of a Class D driver’s license or higher;
- At least 02 years of experience driving 16-seat vehicles;
- Good knowledge of traffic laws applicable to 16-seat vehicles;
- Good knowledge of routes and roads in areas used for flight crew transportation;
- Basic English communication skills.
