1. Job description

  • Overall commercial leader for the Ba Na Hills destination and portfolio.
  • Accountable for total commercial performance, strategic direction, owner engagement, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Provides leadership and governance across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, Reservations, and Commercial Planning.
  • Leads commercial strategy, annual business planning, market positioning, forecasting, and demand generation priorities.
  • Acts as the primary commercial point of contact for the owner, providing a single, coordinated commercial voice across all hotels and functions.
  • Represents the destination at key international trade shows, industry events, strategic partner discussions, and major commercial forums to drive awareness, partnerships, and business opportunities for the entire portfolio.

2. Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in commercial or sales leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality fields.
  • Have knowledge of market strategy, revenue generation, and hotel sales.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
