1. Job Description
- Functional leader responsible for the execution of Sales and Marketing strategies.
- Direct management of Sales, MICE, Events, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, and related commercial activation teams.
- Responsible for delivering revenue-generating activities through proactive sales, account management, events, partnerships, marketing campaigns, and destination promotion.
- Works closely with Revenue Management and Distribution teams to execute agreed commercial strategies and achieve commercial targets.
2. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in commercial or sales leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality fields.
- Have knowledge of market strategy, revenue generation, and hotel sales.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
