1. Job Description

  • Lead sales team to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Develop corporate, MICE, and leisure sales strategies.
  • Build relationships with key accounts and business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure alignment with overall commercial objectives.

2. Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in hotel sales leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
  • Have knowledge of sales strategies, MICE market, and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
