1. Job Description
- The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for the overall housekeeping strategy, operational setup, quality standards, and department readiness for the hotel.
- During pre-opening, this role leads manpower planning, departmental budgeting, OS&E procurement, linen and uniform programs, housekeeping policies and procedures, quality assurance standards, and coordination with owners, corporate teams, and the General Manager.
- The Director of Housekeeping ensures the department is fully structured, resourced, and ready to support the hotel's opening and long-term operational success.
2. Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of experience in rooms division roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- Have knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and guest service operations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
