1. Job Description
- Oversee all food and beverage operations within the resort.
- Develop concepts, menus, and dining experiences.
- Control food cost, labor cost, and revenue performance.
- Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and develop F&B teams.
2. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in F&B management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management.
- Have knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
