1. Job Description
- Manage daily restaurant and bar operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure service quality standards.
- Monitor sales performance and optimize revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
2. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in F&B operations roles.
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Hospitality or related fields.
- Have knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
