Responsible for developing recruitment, development, and retention strategies for a high-quality artist team globally, in line with Sun Group’s premium brand direction. This position coordinates with creative and production departments to recruit the right personnel, while building a sustainable artistic human resource pool.

• Develop recruitment and artist development strategies for domestic and international artists.
• Organize the sourcing, selection, and negotiation with artists and performing talents.
• Ensure contracts and legal and visa procedures comply with regulations.
• Build a succession talent pool, development programs, and talent retention programs.
• Represent Sun Group at international events, fairs, and forums to promote the brand and attract talent.
