JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for experienced F&B instructors to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions for Sun Group’s internal staff. The instructor will be responsible for teaching 3-4 modules.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

- Attitude:

+ A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

- Professional Experience:

+ Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in administrative and/or operational management positions within international hotels.

- Academic Qualifications:

+ A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset, or a bachelor’s degree/diploma in hotel management or a related field.

+ Proficiency in MS Office programs.

- Language Proficiency:

+ Competent in written and spoken English, equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher.

- Other Requirements:

+ Willingness to travel as required for teaching assignments.

+ Familiarity with job-relevant software and tools (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or other world-class property management systems).

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

+ Experience in training or serving as an internal trainer/instructor
