We are looking for Project Managers to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for end-to-end project management—from discovery and planning to execution, go-live, and post-implementation optimization—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with measurable business outcomes.
1) Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead multiple digital transformation projects
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resources, and success metrics
- Build and maintain detailed plans: timeline, work breakdown structure (WBS), resource plan, and budget tracking.
- Track progress, manage scope changes, control risks/issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure quality delivery through acceptance criteria, UAT coordination, go-live readiness, and hypercare plan.
- Establish governance model: project charter, RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change control, steering committee updates, and decision tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security, and data privacy requirements.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between business teams, IT/engineering, vendors, and external partners.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, align stakeholders on priorities, and manage expectations.
- Manage vendor selection support (RFI/RFP), contract/SOW alignment, and delivery performance.
- Prepare project status reports (weekly/monthly) for leadership and steering committees.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve PM processes, templates, and standards.
2) Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid).
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, system integration, API concepts, and data flows (high-level).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
- Proficient in project tools (Jira/Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English proficiency: able to run meetings, write project documentation, and work with international vendors.
