Role Overview:

Operates within the execution support and efficiency layer of the organization. This role is vital for maintaining the administrative and logistical backbone of the technical department, ensuring that equipment, documentation, and on-site operations are tracked and communicated effectively across internal and external teams.  

Core Responsibilities:

Documentation & Tracking:

• Manages technical documentation and tracking.  
• Tracks technical deadlines and deliverables.  
• Maintains comprehensive technical and production documentation, schedules, deliverables, and reporting records.  
• Reviews and coordinates SOPs, checklists, and technical manuals for operation, maintenance, and production use.  
• Drives continuous improvement by documenting production insights and operational feedback for future projects.  
• Supports structured project closeout including handover processes, post-project reviews, issue tracking, and lessons learned capture.  
• Utilizes tools such as Autocad, Vectorworks Spotlight for organizing, tracking, and reviewing specific technical design requirements.

Logistics & On-Site Support:

• Coordinates equipment, logistics, and deliveries.  
• Supports installation, rehearsals, and live ops.  
• Coordinates on-site technical activities and logistical requirements.
• Flags issues and delays early.  
• Engages with and supports the logistical deployment of specialized industry equipment, including L-Acoustics PA systems, grandMA lighting consoles, and Pangolin BEYOND laser control software.

Communication & Vendor Liaison:

• Liaises with vendors, iternal and technical teams.  
• Maintains clear, structured communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution.  

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• A degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Technical Theater, Live Event Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• No prior work experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to support on-site technical activities, equipment setup, logistics, and coordination with team members and vendors.
• Willingness to learn industry practices, technical workflows, and live event operations in Vietnam.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
• Physically fit, energetic, agile, and able to handle the physical demands of live event production, including equipment setup and on-site support.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to develop knowledge of professional entertainment technology and control systems, including grandMA lighting consoles, L-Acoustics PA systems, and Pangolin BEYOND laser control software.
• Willingness to learn technical design and drafting tools, such as Vectorworks Spotlight, and understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions, schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including installations, rehearsals, and live event operations.
• A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a responsible approach to assigned tasks.
