MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC / JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting the Water Park Operations Managers within Sun World Parks.
- Coordinate and ensure the daily operations of the Water Park and aquatics department, including safe slide, attractions and pool operations in Sun World Parks are in accordance with Sun World standards and requirements, Attraction Manufacturer guidelines, Vietnamese law/ regulations.
- Writing of operational practices, including developing, implementation and adherence of Standard Operating Procedures for existing and new parks.
- Ensuring the parks’ adherence to International Lifeguarding Programs, including providing lifeguard programs, regular training, drills, audits, lifeguard zones and staffing requirements.
- Assisting in role modelling, assessing, coaching and guiding Department Managers and other Team Members. 
- Ensures coordination between the Operations Departments and handover of attractions and/or facilities from project team / maintenance team and reports on deficiencies.
- Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of Safety, Service, Show and Efficiency.
- Analyze failures and improve downtime performance.
- Ensuring all audit and reporting requirements are undertaken (lifeguard, dispatch audits, drills, daily reports, corrective action / maintenance reports, incident reports, etc).
 -Facilitating onboarding training and developing ongoing specialist training for all Department Staff, to ensure all Team Members are able to carry out their jobs effectively and as per with all Company policies, Manufacturer requirements, safety requirements and SOPs.
- Develop and foster a safe, efficient, professional, respectful, and courteous work culture.
- Develop team goals (KPI‘s), Financial Targets / Budgets, Project Teams, and improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

YÊU CẦU / REQUIRED
- Strong swimming skills required, lifeguard experience highly preferred.
- University Degree in related field.
- 5+ years of related experience, within an international-standard facility.
- 3+ years of proven management experience.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese language (Written and Verbal).
- Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc).
- International lifeguard certification (Red cross, Starguard, SST) highly preferred.
- Good Leadership & Management skills; Assertive attitude; Good communication and coaching skills; Quick learner, Hands-on and problem solver
- Conscious of Safety and Service
- Positive mindset
- Can work under high pressure
- Able to work outside, under the sun or during the holidays when required.
