1. Job Description

  • Lead kitchen operations and culinary strategy development.
  • Design menus and ensure food quality and presentation standards.
  • Control food cost, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and culinary teams.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in kitchen operations.

2. Requirements

  • Have 10+ years of experience in culinary leadership roles.
  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related fields.
  • Have knowledge of international cuisine and kitchen operations.
