1. Job Description
- Lead kitchen operations and culinary strategy development.
- Design menus and ensure food quality and presentation standards.
- Control food cost, inventory, and kitchen budgets.

2. Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience in culinary leadership roles.
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related fields.
- Have knowledge of international cuisine and kitchen operations.
