JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist (C&B) to join our Total Reward team within The Group HR Division. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and improving compensation, reward, benefits, and performance management policies across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and review policies related to salary, bonus, allowance, benefits, and rewards.
• Provide consultation and guidance to business units on the consistent implementation of C&B policies.
• Review, assess, and consolidate proposals related to salary adjustments and employee rewards.
• Coordinate the annual salary review process.
• Develop and propose periodic and ad-hoc reward and recognition schemes.
• Analyze and improve performance evaluation and reward practices.
• Participate in developing business requirements for C&B and Performance Management systems.
• Monitor the implementation of C&B and performance management policies and ensure accurate system records.
• Analyze C&B data and prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to support management decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong experience in C&B policy, salary review, compensation structure, bonus, benefits, and reward programs.
• Experience working in an organization with 1,000+ employees is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with Good/Excellent academic performance.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, analytical, and project coordination skills; proficiency in Power BI is an advantage.
• Proactive, agile, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work under pressure.
