Job Summary

We are looking for a Legal Specialist to provide legal support and advice to the Group’s member companies and departments, with a focus on commercial contracts, financial and credit transactions, and business operations. The successful candidate will help ensure legal compliance, mitigate legal risks, and support the effective resolution of commercial and financial disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and assess commercial contracts between the Group’s member companies and domestic or international contractors and suppliers, as well as intercompany agreements among member companies.

• Provide legal advice and support to member companies and relevant departments on financial and credit matters, as well as commercial business activities, including procurement of goods and services, hospitality, entertainment, and aviation.

• Advise on and participate in the resolution of disputes arising from commercial business operations, financial transactions, and credit activities.

• Identify potential legal risks in contracts and business transactions and recommend appropriate solutions to protect the Group’s interests.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or relevant management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a relevant legal discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in an in-house legal department or a law firm.

• Good knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and relevant laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above, with the ability to communicate effectively and use English confidently in daily work.

• Strong analytical, drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
