POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing software development projects. OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE 

- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

- Analyze project status and revise the scope, schedule, or budget as necessary to meet project requirements.

- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Track project progress and report on status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality, completed on time, and within budget constraints.

- Manage project scope and change requests effectively to minimize disruptions.

- Lead regular project meetings to facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

- Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment focused on software development.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to various audiences.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is preferred.

- Experience in big ERP system like SAP, CRM, DMS.

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, TFS) for tracking progress and managing tasks.

- Experience in coaching team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
