Dự án cung cấp 50.000 căn hộ chất lượng cao theo tiêu chuẩn Singapore với đa dạng tiện ích phục vụ cư dân

Chiều 2/8/2026, Tập đoàn Sun Group tổ chức Lễ khởi động Chương trình phát triển Nhà ở xã hội và các hạng mục hạ tầng đô thị - Khu đô thị An Thới, đánh dấu một bước tiến mới trong hành trình đồng hành cùng Phú Quốc bảo đảm an sinh và nâng cao chất lượng sống cho người dân, người lao động.

 

Nằm tại cửa ngõ phía Nam đảo, tiếp giáp trục ĐT 975 và thuận tiện kết nối đến Thị trấn Hoàng Hôn, tổ hợp có quy mô 55 ha, gồm đa dạng loại hình từ nhà ở xã hội đến nhà cho thuê, đi cùng hệ thống hạ tầng, cảnh quan và tiện ích đô thị đồng bộ.

 

Dự án được quy hoạch theo các hành lang xanh Bắc - Nam và Đông - Tây. Các khối nhà được phát triển theo chiều cao nhằm giảm diện tích chiếm đất, dành thêm không gian cho sân vườn, mặt nước và các khu vực công cộng, hướng tới mô hình 15 phút đi bộ từ những lõi chức năng thiết yếu.

 

Với mật độ xây dựng khoảng 28%, tổ hợp ưu tiên không gian xanh, cảnh quan và tiện ích cộng đồng như trường học, trạm y tế, nhà văn hóa, công viên, quảng trường, khu thương mại dịch vụ, khu thể thao và các không gian sinh hoạt ngoài trời.

 

Chương trình không chỉ hướng đến nhu cầu sở hữu nhà, mà còn mở rộng thêm lựa chọn nhà ở cho thuê cho người dân và người lao động. Định hướng này bám sát tinh thần Thông báo số 64-TB/TW của Văn phòng Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng, trong đó nhấn mạnh việc ưu tiên phát triển nhà ở cho thuê, đặc biệt tại các đô thị lớn, khu kinh tế và những vùng động lực phát triển.

Đặt con người ở vị trí trung tâm, Sun Group kỳ vọng chương trình sẽ góp phần tạo dựng những mái ấm ổn định, để cư dân đảo Ngọc Phú Quốc yên tâm làm việc, cống hiến và gắn bó lâu dài.

Sun Group to Invest VND 40 Trillion in Phu Quoc to Develop Nearly 50,000 Singapore-Standard Social and Rental Homes

 

On the afternoon of August 2, 2026, Sun Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Social Housing Development and Urban Infrastructure Program in An Thoi Urban Area, marking a new milestone in the Group’s long-term commitment to supporting social welfare and improving the quality of life for residents and workers in Phu Quoc.

 

Located at the southern gateway of the island, adjacent to Provincial Road DT 975 and conveniently connected to Sunset Town, the 55-hectare development will feature a diverse range of housing options, from social housing to rental homes, supported by a comprehensive system of urban infrastructure, landscaping and amenities.

 

The project is planned around north-south and east-west green corridors. Residential buildings will be developed vertically to reduce the land footprint and create more space for gardens, water features and public areas. The overall plan follows the concept of a 15-minute walkable community, where essential services and key functional areas can be reached on foot within approximately 15 minutes.

With a construction density of around 28%, the development prioritizes green spaces, landscaping and community amenities, including schools, healthcare facilities, cultural centers, parks, public squares, commercial and service areas, sports facilities and outdoor communal spaces.

 

The program is designed not only to meet demand for home ownership but also to expand rental housing options for local residents and workers. This direction closely aligns with the principles set out in Notice No. 64-TB/TW issued by the Office of the Party Central Committee, which emphasizes the need to prioritize rental housing development, particularly in major urban areas, economic zones and key growth regions.

With people placed at the heart of the development, Sun Group expects the program to help create stable and secure homes, enabling residents to work with peace of mind, contribute to the local community and build a long-term future in Phu Quoc.
