Coordinate regularly with all relevant stakeholders to manage, report, and evaluate project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that all tasks are implemented in accordance with the approved plans and timelines, guaranteeing the successful completion of projects within the designated schedule.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, required resources, and budget for assigned projects.
Closely monitor project execution to ensure compliance with contractual timelines and alignment with the Company’s requirements.
Manage all project-related information, communications, and stakeholder relationships within entertainment and show production projects.
Identify and assess potential risks that may impact project outcomes; propose and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency measures.
Address and resolve issues arising during project implementation and live show operations.
Provide advisory support and technical supervision as required for project execution.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors or senior management.
