1. Job Description
- Operations Coordination & Supervision: Oversee and coordinate all hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and effective collaboration across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other support functions.
- Quality Management & Guest Experience: Ensure compliance with brand and service standards, drive guest satisfaction initiatives, and promptly resolve complex operational issues, escalated concerns, and VIP guest requests.
- Financial Management: Manage departmental budgets and operating expenses, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining service excellence.
- People Management: Lead, coach, and develop Heads of Department (HODs), including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strategic Planning & Compliance: Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, enhance guest experiences, and drive business performance while ensuring compliance with all company policies, health & safety standards, and legal requirements.
2. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in hotel operations management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Have strong knowledge in hotel operations, service standards, and pre-opening processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
