1. Responsibilities

• Coordinate regularly with all relevant stakeholders to manage, report, and evaluate project progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure that all tasks are implemented in accordance with the approved plans and timelines, guaranteeing the successful completion of projects within the designated schedule.

2. Duties

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, required resources, and budget for assigned projects.

• Closely monitor project execution to ensure compliance with contractual timelines and alignment with the Company’s requirements.

• Manage all project-related information, communications, and stakeholder relationships within entertainment and show production projects.

• Identify and assess potential risks that may impact project outcomes; propose and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency measures.

• Address and resolve issues arising during project implementation and live show operations.

• Provide advisory support and technical supervision as required for project execution.

• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors or senior management.
