I. Job Description
1, Expatriate Management
- Handle end-to-end processes for expatriates, including work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards (TRC).
- Liaise with government authorities and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor and manage the legal status of expatriate employees, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
2, Recruitment
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
3, Training & Development
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
- Support the planning and execution of internal training programs.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and enhance employee capability development.
4, HR Operations Support
- Provide general HR support and coordination across departments as required.
- Assist in organizing internal activities, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
II. Job Requirements
1, Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree Good/Excellent classification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, training, or expatriate management.
- Hands-on experience with expat procedures (work permit, visa, TRC) is a plus.
2, Skills & Competencies
- Good command of English (able to work with expatriates and handle documentation).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Proficient in Excel and basic presentation/design tools (PowerPoint, Canva…).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
