The Partnership Specialist, under the Business & Marketing Department – Digital & Data Division, plays a key role in building Sun Group’s digital ecosystem by connecting internal business units with external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships with leading companies in Fintech (e-wallets, banks), E-commerce, OTA, B2B, and B2B2C sectors to integrate financial and technology solutions
• Collaborate with the Data team to develop partnership models, bundled products, and cross-ecosystem loyalty programs
• Negotiate partnership terms, prepare MOUs/contracts, and manage implementation to maximize business value and revenue
• Work with partners to leverage customer behavior data for personalized marketing campaigns and enhanced digital customer experiences
• Build KPI frameworks for each partnership, track ROI, and propose plans for maintaining or expanding collaborations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, International Business, Digital Business, or related fields
• 1–5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, account management, strategic partnerships, or related commercial roles
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including Fintech, E-commerce, OTA, Loyalty, B2B, or B2B2C business models
• Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and manage partnerships effectively
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track ROI, and identify business opportunities
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above, with the ability to communicate confidently in business settings
• Willing to travel or relocate based on business needs across different locations nationwide
