I. JOB OVERVIEW

The Vice Principal of Vocational College will support the Principal in overseeing the overall management and operational effectiveness of Sun Group Academy’s Hotel and Tourism School. The role focuses on institutional administration, operational coordination, and organizational performance to ensure the school operates efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with Sun Group’s strategic vision.

Working closely with internal departments and external partners, the Vice Principal will ensure seamless execution of operational processes, student services, resource management, and compliance standards, contributing to a high-quality learning environment aligned with international hospitality education practices.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Principal in implementing the school’s strategic plans and operational objectives.
  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the school, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and service excellence.
  • Manage institutional operations including facilities, student services, admissions coordination, scheduling, and administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese education regulations, internal governance policies, and international partnership requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between academic teams, operations, HR, finance, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and student experience.
  • Support budgeting processes, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure sustainable school operations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and operational teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven working culture.
  • Represent the school in operational meetings, partnerships, and internal coordination forums as delegated by the Principal.

III. REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Hospitality, Tourism, Education, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in hospitality education or related industries.
  • Proven track record in strategic management, organizational growth, and partnership development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
