I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the overall marketing, branding, communications, and PR strategy for the vocational school project in alignment with the organization’s vision and business objectives;
- Build and strengthen the school’s brand positioning across the education, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, and service industries;
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns to support student recruitment, partnership development, and brand awareness;
- Oversee all communication channels and marketing materials, including digital platforms, social media, publications, events, media relations, and promotional activities;
- Develop strategic partnerships with media agencies, educational institutions, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation;
- Conduct market research and analyze education trends, learner insights, and workforce demands to identify opportunities and improve market competitiveness;
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, reporting systems, and campaign performance to ensure operational efficiency and measurable business impact;
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and academic teams to support the school’s long-term development strategy and institutional growth;
- Build and lead a high-performing Marketing & Communications team while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within Marketing, Branding, Communications, or Public Relations;
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and stakeholder management;
- Experience in education, hospitality, tourism, service industries, or large-scale brand development projects is highly preferred;
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English.
