KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Lead Requirements from Discovery to Delivery

- Drive end-to-end requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation across diverse business units within Sun Group.

- Build and maintain high-quality user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and business process models.

- Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and development feasibility.

Turn Vision into Actionable Specifications

- Translate business challenges into structured, scalable, and testable requirements.

- Define functional logic, edge cases, data rules, and system behaviors for digital products and platforms.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to shape feature scope, roadmap, and release plans.

Bridge Business, UX, and Engineering

- Work hand-in-hand with Solution Architects, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment.

- Support developers throughout the sprint with clarifications on requirements, system logic, and business rules.

- Participate in solution design discussions and challenge assumptions to ensure optimal outcomes.

Drive Alignment & Facilitate Collaboration

- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discovery sessions.

- Present requirements and insights clearly to both business and technical audiences.

- Ensure stakeholder alignment on product goals, scope, and expected deliverables.

Mentor & Contribute to Best Practices

- Guide and mentor junior Business Analysts to ensure consistency and quality.

- Contribute to BA standards, documentation frameworks, and process improvement initiatives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES)

- Bachelor’s degree with Distinction in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 1-3 years as a Business Analyst

- Strong experience in high-complexity systems: enterprise platforms, data products, or large-scale software.

- Mastery in writing clear, structured, developer-ready documentation: user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, BPMN/process flows.

- A sharp analytical mind with the ability to simplify and model complex business logic.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- English proficiency of at least IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent), with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in tourism, hospitality, digital platforms, or large B2B ecosystems.

- Familiarity with data governance, quality metrics, or API-driven products.

- Proficiency with modeling tools: Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Miro.

- Professional certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
