I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deliver English training programs for students in Hospitality, Tourism and related disciplines.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials and assessments aligned with the Academy's curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Teach General English and Hospitality English, integrating practical workplace communication skills.
• Assess students' learning progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain academic records.
• Create an engaging and learner-centered classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Collaborate with academic and operational teams to continuously improve curriculum and training quality.
• Participate in academic activities, examinations, student coaching and other assignments as required.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in English, English Language Teaching, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in vocational education, hospitality or higher education.
• TESOL or equivalent English teaching certification is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and developing students in the hospitality industry.
