- Role Summary/Objective: To own and orchestrate Sun Group’s entire marketing technology stack. This role is responsible for transforming our marketing tools (CRM, Customer Engagement Platform, Analytics) into a cohesive, automated engine that drives customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. The objective is to be the hands-on expert who bridges the gap between our rich data platform and the execution of a world-class customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
+ Act as the primary system owner and administrator for the complete Martech stack, including the CRM, Clevertap, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
+ Design, build, test, and maintain hands-on, complex marketing automation journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and transactional messaging flows.
+ Manage and ensure the integrity of data flows between the CDP and all marketing endpoint systems, taking ownership of data hygiene and process documentation.
+ Serve as the key technical partner for the Marketing and business teams, translating their strategic goals into functional system configurations and campaign workflows.
+ Optimize the martech stack by continuously monitoring system and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing training to business users.
- Key Requirements:
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Martech, or a similar role.
+ Expert-level administrative and implementation experience with a major CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and a customer engagement platform (e.g., Clevertap, Braze, MoEngage).
+ Deep, practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for implementation and troubleshooting.
+ Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Martech platforms.
