At Sun Group’s Digital & Data Division, you won’t simply manage projects. You’ll lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives across one of Vietnam’s leading multi-industry groups — connecting Business, Product, Technology, Data and external partners to turn ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.

From discovery to go-live and continuous optimization, you will own the journey, create alignment, remove roadblocks and keep teams moving toward a shared goal.

1) Key Responsibilities 

Lead Digital Transformation

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives across Sun Group’s diverse business ecosystem.
• Translate business objectives into clear project scope, roadmap, priorities, deliverables and success metrics.
• Build execution plans, mobilize resources and drive delivery across Business, Product, Technology, Data and external partners.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies and drive critical decisions to keep projects moving.

Own Delivery & Business Outcomes

• Own project delivery across scope, timeline, budget, quality and measurable business outcomes.
• Select and adapt the right delivery approach across Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid based on project context.
• Drive UAT, go-live readiness, launch and post-launch optimization.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies before they become delivery blockers.
• Capture insights and continuously improve project delivery practices and standards.

Connect Business & Technology

• Act as the key connector between business and technology, creating alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problems.
• Manage expectations and drive decisions across working teams and senior leadership.
• Coordinate vendors and technology partners to ensure delivery quality and commitments.
• Communicate project progress, key risks, decisions and business impact clearly to leadership.

2) Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within digital transformation, technology, product or large-scale service environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from discovery to go-live, with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models, with the ability to adapt based on project needs.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, system integration, APIs and data flows at a level sufficient to collaborate effectively with Technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Structured thinker with strong ownership and execution mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Proficient in Jira / Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
• English proficiency for meetings, documentation and collaboration with international partners.

Nice to have:

• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / PSM or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Digital Product, E-commerce, Travel, Hospitality, Aviation or large-scale service operations.
