I. JOB OVERVIEW

The Admission Director will design and lead strategic initiatives to attract students who will become the next generation of hospitality leaders. This role blends marketing expertise, industry insight, and hospitality professionalism to enhance the Academy’s local and international presence.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Sun Group and industry standards;
• Lead, coach, and inspire the recruitment and admissions team;
• Design targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels;
• Establish partnerships with high schools, universities, and hospitality industry stakeholders;
• Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize performance;
• Other related tasks assigned by managers.

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education;
• 5–7 years of recruitment or marketing experience in hospitality or education;
• Proven records in student recruitment in medium to large scale schools/academy;
• Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver results;
• Proficiency in English; other languages are advantageous.
