1. Job Description
- Support the development and execution of the overall people strategy and workforce planning for the pre-opening hotel.
- Implement talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment planning, employer branding, and candidate pipeline development.
- Coordinate workforce budgeting, organizational structure setup, and leadership hiring processes.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks are effectively established and implemented.
- Contribute to building a strong organizational culture and employee experience aligned with brand values.
2. Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of experience in human resources, preferably in hospitality or pre-opening environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related majors.
- Have knowledge of HR strategy execution, recruitment, labor law, and HR operational processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
