1. Job Description
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning for hotel operations.
- Manage candidate sourcing pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate mass and key hiring processes across departments.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and improve hiring efficiency.
- Build relationships with talent pools and recruitment partners.
2. Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related majors.
- Have knowledge of recruitment tools, employer branding, and hiring strategies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
