1. Job Description
- Design and implement training programs aligned with hotel standards.
- Develop competency frameworks and leadership development initiatives.
- Conduct onboarding training and continuous learning sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.
- Support talent development and succession planning strategies.
2. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in learning and development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or Hospitality fields.
- Have knowledge of training design, LMS systems, and competency frameworks.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
