Job Summary

As an AI Engineer in the Agentic AI Platform team, you will design and deploy intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and act autonomously. Your work will span multi-modal AI, orchestration frameworks, and production-grade deployment, turning advanced models into practical solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to apply the latest advances in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent frameworks to real-world domains such as travel, hospitality, real estate, and aviation. Working alongside product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders, you will help transform Sun Group’s services and contribute to Vietnam’s broader digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Agentic AI systems with multi-step workflows that can reason, plan, and act autonomously.
• Integrate text, voice, and vision inputs (e.g., voice booking assistant, property image analysis).
• Build pipelines for conversational AI, recommendations, and real-time decisioning.
• Create reusable frameworks for Agent orchestration, plugin/tool integration,extensibility and for cross-domain use.
• Deploy agents into production with monitoring, evaluation, guardrails, and safety mechanisms; Implement feedback loops, self-improvement, and cost/performance optimization.
• Establish data collection, labeling, and enrichment pipelines; define online/offline evaluation (A/B tests, human-in-the-loop), quality metrics (answer correctness, grounding, latency, cost), and continuous RAG/knowledge updates to make agents smarter over time.
• Stay up to date with the latest in LLMs, agent frameworks, reasoning techniques and run experiments (prompting strategies, fine-tuning, multi-agent collaboration).
• Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with Good/Excellent classification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 years+ of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based applications.
• Strong programming in Python (Node.js/Go is a plus).
• Experience with LLMs & agent frameworks; familiarity with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Knowledge of conversational AI, NLP, and/or recommendation systems.
• Understanding of APIs, graph search, knowledge bases, geospatial data, and external tool integration.
• Experience deploying ML/LLM systems on cloud or on-prem clusters using containerization (Docker, K8s).
• Knowledge of observability, and safety frameworks (AI guardrails, moderation).
• English proficiency of at least IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent), with strong communication skills
