Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead the UX/UI design process for the entire National Tourism Platform (NTP), from concept to final hand-off to engineering. 

- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for all platform components, including the public-facing directory, B2B portal, and data dashboards. 

- Design the user interaction for the "proof-of-visit" QR code verification points, ensuring a simple and anonymous experience for customers. 

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure visual consistency across the platform. 

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions and validate concepts. 

- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into user-centered designs. 

- Work hand-in-hand with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of the designs. 

- Champion a user-centric design culture throughout the project team. 

Qualifications (Must-Haves): 

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web applications. 

- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). 

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. 

- Experience creating and managing design systems. 

- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color. 

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing. 

Qualifications (Preferred): 

- Experience designing data-heavy applications or analytics dashboards. 

- Experience designing for both B2C and B2B platforms. 

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development principles. 

- Bachelor‘s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
