About the Role

You’ll be joining Sun Group, one of Vietnam’s leading private conglomerates, known for creating world-class destinations across tourism, entertainment, real estate, and infrastructure. From iconic landmarks to large-scale ecosystems, Sun Group doesn’t just build projects, it transforms entire destinations and experiences.

This role sits within Digital Excellence Center (DEC), the team driving digital transformation and growth across Sun Group’s ecosystem. At DEC, you won’t just run campaigns — you’ll help shape how millions of users experience Sun Group’s products in the digital world.

What You‘ll Own

You won’t just “execute campaigns”. You will:

- Own end-to-end campaigns: from idea → concept → execution → optimization

- Turn business goals into clear campaign strategies, messages, and plans

- Launch campaigns across Paid Media, Social, CRM, Content, Partnerships…

- Work closely with Content, Design, Product to create consistent & high-impact campaigns

- Track performance (traffic, conversion, engagement, ROI…) and continuously optimize

- Extract insights and turn them into better, smarter campaigns each time

- Experiment with new formats, channels, and ideas to maximize impact

Your campaigns won’t just drive clicks, they’ll shape how users discover and experience some of Vietnam’s most iconic destinations.

What We‘re Looking For

We’re not looking for someone who only “runs ads”. We’re looking for someone who can think in campaigns & drive results.

- 4+ years in Campaign/ Integrated/ Performance Marketing

- Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns

- Strong understanding of digital channels (paid, social, CRM, content…)

- Data-aware: comfortable reading numbers & optimizing performance

- Strong ownership: able to manage timelines, stakeholders, and execution

- Creative mindset with a good sense of customer insight & messaging

- Fast, proactive, and results-driven
