Your mandate is to create a real-time, multilingual AI voice layer that allows our Super App, IoT devices, and CRM systems to communicate seamlessly with global, high-end customers.

Responsibilities

- Acoustic & Speech Mastery: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art STT and TTS models optimized for our 5 core languages (EN, KR, CN, RU, VN).

- Domain Adaptation: Fine-tune models to recognize Sun Group-specific lexicon (e.g., "Fansipan," "SunAir," "Bana Hills") in noisy acoustic environments.

- GenAI Integration: Transferable skills for LLMs (Generative AI). You are building the reasoning layer that translates, contextualizes, and generates intelligent, brand-aligned responses.

- Latency Obsession: You will optimize inference speeds (quantization, edge deployment) to ensure sub-second conversational latency.

Requirements

- The Tech Arsenal: Deep expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and modern speech architectures (e.g., Whisper, Wav2vec 2.0, FastSpeech 2, VITS, Tacotron, ElevenLabs-style architectures).

- The GenAI Bridge: Strong transferable skills in GenAI and LLM architectures (Transformers, LoRA, RAG) to handle translation and conversational logic between speech modalities.

- Multilingual Prowess: Proven experience dealing with the specific tokenization, phoneme mapping, and acoustic challenges of Korean, Mandarin, Russian, and Vietnamese.

- The "So What?" Test: You must be able to prove how your previous models impacted a business metric. Did your STT model reduce Contact Center handling time by 15%? Did your GenAI TTS increase user engagement? Bring the
