As a Portfolio Management Officer, you will sit at the intersection of technology, business, and leadership ensuring that multiple programs and initiatives across IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing move in the same direction, at the right speed, with the right priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the enterprise portfolio of digital and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps.

- Oversee multiple programs and projects across functions (IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing), balancing priorities, dependencies, resources, and risks at portfolio level.

- Act as the central orchestration hub between Business Owners, Project Managers, Functional Heads, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and shared accountability.

- Translate strategic goals into clear portfolio plans, milestones, and performance metrics, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.

- Monitor portfolio health through progress tracking, KPI dashboards, risk & dependency management, and proactive issue escalation.

- Drive prioritization and trade-off discussions when resources, timelines, or scope conflicts arise — always with business value as the north star.

- Support governance forums, leadership reviews, and executive reporting with clear insights, recommendations, and scenarios.

- Continuously improve portfolio management frameworks, tools, and ways of working to increase delivery effectiveness and organizational maturity.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, or complex cross-functional initiatives preferably in digital transformation, technology, or large enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of portfolio / program management principles, project lifecycle, and KPI-driven execution.

- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, navigating priorities, influence, and decision-making.

- Solid experience with project & portfolio tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, Power BI, or equivalent).

- Excellent communication, structuring, and storytelling skills — able to turn complexity into clarity for leadership.

- A strategic yet hands-on mindset: comfortable zooming out for alignment, and zooming in when execution needs support.
